Brian is often asked how Meleeo achieved such meteoric success in such a short amount of time. Ultimately, the success is attributed to a good strategy, stable leadership and a fantastic culture. Meleeo was born out of frustration with the lack of employee satisfaction, and customer focus Brian and his partner Jason Chiappetta had experienced at the large bureaucratic enterprises they worked for; they knew there was a better way. They set out to create an organization they would be proud to work for and be the type of leaders they want to follow. He believes that to achieve extraordinary results, leaders must:
